Children’s Holiday Fun
The summer holidays may seem like a distant memory, but over 300 children that attended the Holiday Club at Bletchley Leisure centre this summer had lots of fun sessions with dedicated staff and a wide variety of activities.
The children enjoyed lots of sport including Born to Move dance classes, football and netball coached sessions, badminton, table tennis, and dodgeball. They also got creative with face painting, slime making and arts and crafts sessions where they made their own boats and raced them across the swimming pool.
Some children were lucky enough to be at the Holiday Club when Teddy the miniature horse and the reptile roadshow visited where they were able to learn more about how to care for animals. There were also some very special visitors this summer from the local police and ambulance service where they learnt lots.
Bletchley Leisure Centre will be running an October Half Term Holiday Club between Monday 29th October and Friday 1st November. There will be plenty of fun spooky themed Halloween activities including pumpkin carving, fancy dress, face painting and plenty of sports and swimming. To find out more or to book a space click here.
