Leisure Waters Update: 19th & 20th September

The Bucket Tip Multi-Play Area will be unavailable on Saturday 19th and Sunday 20th September while improvement works take place on our Sidewinder Slide. Our Wave Pool, Pirate Ship, Flumes and Race Slides will remain open as normal, and Leisure Waters tickets will be reduced to the price of a standard swim session throughout the weekend. Thank you for your understanding while we make these improvements.

  • The Promoter is Serco Leisure Operating Limited (company number: 04687478), Lancer House, 38 Scudamore Road, Leicester, LE3 1UQ

  • The “Pay nothing till October on gymnastics lessons" membership is available to new members from 00:00 Saturday 1st August 2026 to 23:59 Wednesday 30th September

  • The “Pay nothing till October on gymnastics lessons” membership entitles a customer to sign a child, up to lessons and not pay the centre’s standard joining fee or payment for lessons with payment resuming 1st October

  • The “Pay nothing till October on gymnastics lessons" offer is not available online, only available over the phone or by visiting the centre in person

  • The promoter has the final decision on any discount/referral offer given

  • All members are advised to regularly check the website for any changes to these terms & conditions which may become necessary for operational reasons

  • The “Pay nothing till October on gymnastics lessons" offer is subject to availability of lessons

  • The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice and any amendments will be published on this web page
