Choose from our wide range of studio and gym classes to suit every age and ability. Whether you’re after high-energy classes like Zumba or LesMills Body Combat, or a more relaxing workout with Yoga and Pilates, we have a class for you.

If your goal is to tone up, improve strength, or just have fun with others; there’s something for everyone. Our Fitness Class Instructors will empower you to reach your goals in a fun, and supportive community. We have two dedicated studios for classes, as well as an indoor cycling studio.
