If you enjoy working out with the support of a tailor-made programme, our gym has a great range of cardiovascular and resistance machines for you to use. You can enhance your programme using our free weights and multi-functional areas.

Our qualified gym team are on hand to offer advice and help you make the most of your workout.

Multi-functional training and free weights

Our dedicated team can help you vary your workout with a variety of different exercises to help build and tone muscle with our free weights and multi-function training areas.

We are also home to Matrix 7xi series including treadmills, cycles, up cycles and climb machines.

MYZONE BELTS

MYZONE belts are available to purchase from Bletchley Leisure Centre. A MYZONE belt will provide additional experience for those using the gym and group fitness sessions at the centre. For more information please speak to a member of the team.

InBody assessments

Free InBody assessments available with every membership. An InBody assessment measures your body composition and displays it on an organized, easy-to-understand Result Sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are at and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals: whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds or a complete body transformation.

Youth Gym

For those juniors aged 8 – 16 years we have dedicated junior gym sessions which are weekdays from 3:30 – 6pm and anytime on weekends. Orientation cost £15 (parent or guardian signature required) and then £4 for each session.

We also offer great value memberships available from £19.00. Our Youth memberships include a free orientation, public swimming and access to our youth group exercise sessions.

Personal Trainers

Get some 1-2-1 personal training with our qualified instructors. Open to all at £30 per hour or £270 for a block of 10 sessions.  Group sessions are also available. Ask a member of our gym team for more details. To find out more about our instructors click here:
