Our first-floor gym has a range of cardiovascular and resistance machines, free weights, and multi-functional areas for your use. Our fully qualified gym team is on-hand to help you make the most of your workout.

InBody Assessments

When you become a member, you are automatically eligible for a Free InBody Assessment with one of our Gym team; this is also available to non-members at an additional cost. An InBody assessment measures your body composition and displays it on an organised, easy-to-understand Result Sheet. The results help you understand where your fat, muscle, and body levels are and act as a guide to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is shedding a few unwanted pounds, building muscle or a complete body transformation, our team can recommend a programme to help you achieve your goals.

eGym

Suitable for any fitness level or ability, the ground floor eGym training offers a personalised workout to help you achieve your own fitness goals faster – whether your goal is body toning, general fitness, weight loss, athletic, muscle building or health.

The guided training programmes deliver an engaging, motivating experience that requires no adjustments or wasted time. It provides everything you need for the greatest muscle activation imaginable. eGym workouts are highly efficient and safe, ensuring effective workouts in a short amount of time, every time.

Multi-functional training and free weights

Our dedicated team can help you vary your workout with a variety of different exercises to help build and tone muscle with our free weights and multi-function training areas.

We are also home to Matrix 7xi series including treadmills, cycles, upcycles and climb machines.

Youth Gym

Within the gym, we have dedicated timings for our youth gym members, with supervised sessions, within our main gym only.  These are available daily 3.30pm – 6.00pm.  Youth gym is available for ages 11 – 18 years old. Please collect a yellow wristband from reception before entering the gym and note that bands are necessary for every gym session.

**If a young person would like to attend outside of the supervised sessions, they may come at any time providing they are accompanied by a responsible guardian, over the age of 18 who is also a member (or a non-member who has paid the PAYG fee to enter).

Induction cost £15 (parent or guardian signature required).  Sessions after this start from £7.50 per visit (non members).

We also offer great value memberships available from £24.50. Our Youth memberships includes a free orientation, public swimming. Those aged 16 – 18 can take part in adult classes.

Personal Trainers

Achieve your goals or stay motivated with one of the Personal Training team! Training sessions start from as little as £30 per session when you take out a Personal Training Direct Debit. Single sessions are also available for £37.50 per session. Buy 10 sessions in one transaction and we’ll give you 2 free!
