Youth Gym

Within the gym, we have dedicated timings for our youth gym members, with supervised sessions, within our main gym only.  These are available daily 3.30pm – 6.00pm.  Youth gym is available for ages 11 – 18 years old. Please collect a wristband from the gym team and note that bands are necessary for every gym session. Sessions can be booked with the InspireAll app.

**If a young person would like to attend outside of the supervised sessions, they may come at any time providing they are accompanied by a responsible guardian, over the age of 18 who is also a member (or a non-member who has paid the PAYG fee to enter).

Induction cost £15 (parent or guardian signature required).  Sessions after this start from £7.50 per visit (non members).

We also offer great value memberships available from £24.50. Our Youth memberships includes a free orientation, public swimming. Those aged 16 – 18 can take part in adult classes.
