We now have a new enhanced swim school software programme including a home portal. This new system will allow parents to check their child’s progress and manage swimming lessons online.
The home portal is free to everyone enrolled on our swim school. Children’s progress is continually assessed and any updates will show in the home portal within 48 hours of attending their lesson.
Benefits of the home portal;
- Gain a greater understanding of each stage of the Swim England Learn to Swim programme
- View your child’s progress and assessments to help you develop your child’s swimming outside of their lessons.
- Once they successfully achieve their current stage, you will receive notification and can move your child online to the next level with ease. This will enable you to select a day and time that suits you, making moving up a stage easier and more efficient.
The home portal will go live from week commencing Monday 5th July, when you will be able to view the current status of your child’s progress.
Before you can access the portal you will need to activate your child’s account by logging into the portal and follow the instructions on the screen and validate the data. You will need to know your member number, which you would have been issued with on joining.
Once registered, as long as you have an active direct debit in place you will be able to check your child’s progress at any time.
You will need to ensure your email address is up to date along with any other personal information on our front of house system.
