We have a whole range of fantastic facilities including gym with cardiovascular and resistance machines, 25m swimming pool, sauna and steam room and a wide variety of fitness classes designed to inspire and motivate you to lead a healthier, happier life.
Pop in for a swim, come by for a class or drop into our Café. We also have 4 dedicated squash courts, multipurpose hall for a range of sports and home to 7 indoor bowls rinks.
