The Accessible Wet Room will be closed on Tuesday 18th August for essential maintenance and will reopen on Wednesday 19th August. In the meantime, alternative accessible shower facilities are available to use, but these do not have an electronic hoist or changing bed. Thanks for bearing with us.

Monday to Friday 6am - 10pm
Saturday 7am - 4pm (Lagoon 10am - 4pm)
Sunday 7am - 4pm (Lagoon 10am - 4pm

Gym Opening Times:
Monday to Thursday 5.45am - 10pm 
Friday 5.45am - 9pm
Saturday & Sunday 7.30am - 6pm 
 
Health Suite Opening Times: 
Monday to Thursday 6am - 9.45pm (closed for deep clean on Tuesday from 8.30am - 12pm)
Friday 6am - 8.45pm
Saturday and Sunday 8am - 4.45pm

Bank Holiday Opening Hours
8am - 6pm (Lagoon Pool: 10am - 4pm)

Quieter Hours

Every Tuesday and Thursday: 1pm-3pm
