•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' allows a customer to have a health & fitness membership for six calendar months at no cost
•    The customer that wins the 'Free Six-Month Membership' can request the date that the membership commences, subject to availability
•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' must begin within 3 months of winning the certificate
•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' can only be redeemed in person at the issuing leisure facility and the certificate must be presented to the reception team to be redeemed
•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' cannot be redeemed online 
•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' cannot be sold or purchased
•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers, it is not transferable and is not for resale
•    The 'Free Six-Month Membership' offer may be withdrawn or amended at any time and without notice
•    Only the original certificates are accepted. Photocopies will not be accepted 
•    Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers 
•    No alternative offers available as part of this promotion
