Aqua Fit Aqua fit is a form of low impact aerobics exercises with strength and conditioning moves carried out in water, to give you a full body workout. These classes are suitable for everyone.

Body Pump Get fighting fit in record time Body pump is the original barbell class, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit and fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, body pump gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 400 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music, helping you achieve much more than on your own. You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Forever Fit- Short Tennis Forever Fit classes are designed to help with your strength, balance and improve your general well-being. Improving your level of fitness can help you avoid many of the common ailments sometimes regarded as diseases of ‘old age’ such as high blood pressure, obesity, diabetes, and heart problems as well as declining fitness.

FIT4LIFE FIT4LIFE is a 30/45-minute small group training circuits-based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio. FIT4LIFE is an inclusive multi-station low impact all-over body workout predominately using body weight, resistance bands and light weights. All exercises given can be adapted to the users ability.

Pilates Pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control, and flexibility. Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 10am until 12pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
