Virtual Body Attack A virtual high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. With a virtual instructor leading you through the workout, challenging you to your limits in a good way, burning up to 555 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

Virtual Core VIRTUAL CORE is a scientifically backed virtual workout designed to strengthen the torso, hips, and glutes. It improves functional strength, balance, and injury prevention using resistance tubes, weight plates, and bodyweight exercises like crunches and hovers. It is suitable for all fitness levels due to scalable, low-impact moves.

FITIN45 FITIN45 is a 45 minute small group training circuits based class either held on the gym floor or in the studio - Circuit classes are high energy and fast-paced workout that can help tone your body, shed fat and involves moving your way around different exercise stations performing each exercise as many times as you can in a set amount of time, with rest periods between or at the end of each full circuit completion.

Virtual RPM A virtual group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session.With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, of our virtual instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Virtual The Trip A virtual instructor whos workout experience combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally-created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this fitness workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.

1.Get Going Session 1: ‘Getting You Going’ - Your First Steps This initial session is all about making you feel welcome and comfortable as you start your journey with us, where we'll cover everything from the layout of the centre to important safety information and how to use our app. We'll also chat about your goals and introduce you to options like our Fitter Faster program to get you started on the right foot, and we'll schedule a follow-up to see how you're doing.

Quieter Hours

Every visitor to our centre is important to us and we want to help make your visit as easy as possible. At our centre, we're introducing Quieter Hours to support our visitors with sensory needs.

Our Quieter Hours are operating every Wednesday from 10am until 12pm.

While we aim to keep the centre as peaceful as possible throughout our Quieter Hours, our centre may be busier at these times during the school holidays.
