Your free 12-week support programme

Find your fit

Our 12-week programme gives you regular one-to-one support from our health and fitness coaches at Basingstoke Aquadrome. Available to all health and fitness members, it’s designed to help you build confidence, make steady progress and find an approach that fits your goals, lifestyle and ability.

You’ll have regular complimentary sessions with a qualified member of the team, who will help you choose the right plan for you and support you along the way. Together, you’ll create a clear, achievable plan that feels realistic, encouraging and easy to stick with.

Choosing your plan

We offer five different programmes for you to follow throughout your fitness journey - Strong, Lean, Core, Perform and Active. Each plan comes with tailored workouts to suit your needs. Take a look at the plans to find the one that works for you.

Strong

The Strong plan aims to change your body shape and help you become stronger.

Lean

Our Lean plan is set to improve the way your body looks and feels.

Core

The Core plan will improve your core strength so that you can become strong and stable.

Perform

Our perform plan looks to improve your fitness and skills for sports or performance.

Programme levels

Each of our tailored programme pathways have three different levels - Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. With the help of our Health & Fitness Coaches, you are programmed at the correct level to keep on the right track to hit those goals.

Programme cycles

Stage 1 – Get Going

Your first session will help you feel comfortable, confident, and ready to succeed from day one! We'll take the time to get to know you and support you with everything you need to make the most of your membership. Our team will give you a full tour to help you get settled in and they'll take you through downloading our free My MORE app for easy centre access and workout tracking.

We'll discuss your goals, experiences and any concerns you have. You'll receive information and support suited to your personal wellbeing journey. We'll assess your fitness through our body composition system and look at the perfect program for you.

We'll walk you through our gym rules, dress code and appropriate behaviour. You'll learn essential safety info and helpful injury prevention tips too.

We are also proud to offer tailored 60-minute Get Going sessions for support for customers using GLP-1 weight loss medication. If you're using weight-loss medication, our trained coaches will guide your workouts, classes and nutrition to help support your journey.

Stage 2 - Keep Going

Around 4–6 weeks after you get started, we’ll check in with you to see how things are going and keep your motivation soaring. This session is all about supporting your progress so far and making sure you feel confident moving forward. We’ll take the time to understand your experience, celebrate your early wins, and help you stay on track from the very beginning.

We’ll reflect on your first few weeks together - what’s working well, what could be improved, and whether your goals have evolved. You’ll receive personalised guidance to ensure your programme continues to suit your needs and supports your progress in the best possible way.

We’ll also help you tackle any challenges you may be facing, offering practical advice and tailored adjustments to keep you progressing safely and effectively. You’ll leave feeling clear, motivated, and ready to take the next step in your journey.

You can book this session with our Reception Team after your first “Getting You Going” session, so you always have the right support in place at the right time.

Stage 3 - Go Further

Around 4–6 weeks after your “Keep Going” session, we’ll meet with you again to review your progress in more detail and help you build on everything you’ve achieved so far. This session is designed to keep your momentum high and ensure you feel supported as you continue working towards your goals.

We’ll take a closer look at what’s working well, identify any obstacles, and make sure your goals still align with where you want to go next. It’s also a great opportunity to recognise and celebrate your progress - big or small, helping to boost your confidence and reinforce the positive habits you’ve built.

We’ll provide further guidance, refine your programme where needed, and give you clear direction to support your continued fitness and wellbeing journey. Our aim is to help you stay consistent, motivated, and excited about what’s ahead.

You’ll book this session with our Reception Team after your “Keep Going” meeting. And remember, our support doesn’t stop there - we’ll continue to see you for regular “Keep Going” and “Go Further” sessions every 4–6 weeks to help you keep progressing and achieving your goals.

Personal training

Personal Training is a great option if you are looking to achieve your goals even faster and reach your full potential. You can decide the level of support you need from our Personal Trainers, depending on your availability and your budget, with sessions as short as 30 minutes, which you can commit to as frequently or infrequently as you'd like.​​​
