Important information: New system for booking and managing your activities
From Thursday 29th October we will be implementing a new front of house system, which also means a new online booking system which will make it easier to book and manage your activities.
The new system will be live from 9am on the 29th October. To ensure that you are able to continue to book online, you will need to register for a new account.
To register your account you will need your email address, membership card number and date of birth. Your details should match what we hold on our system. Once you have completed your details you will be sent an automated email to confirm your account.
Once you have set up your account you will be able to manage your account, book and cancel activities via ‘your account’ section of the website.
Cancelling a booking
If you book an activity and are unable to attend we ask that you cancel your activity with 48 hours’ notice or more, via your account or by telephone to the centre to ensure that others are able to book and avoid late cancellation charges. Our full booking and cancellation policy can be viewed here.
Further information on the changes to the front of house and online booking system and what they mean for you can be found here
Online booking is for members only to book activities 7 days in advance. Non-members can call the centre to book activities.
Booking the gym
Gym sessions will be limited to 60-minutes. When booking online please note that you can book in 15 minute intervals, you only need to book ONE session. This will give you access for up to 60-minutes.
Booking the swimming pool
Swimming sessions will be limited to up to 45-minutes. When booking online please note that you can select a time in 30 minute intervals, you only need to book ONE session. We would encourage you to try and come swimming throughout the daytime to avoid busy times.
Booking a class
In line with the reopening guidance, our group exercise sessions are reduced capacity. To allow all of our users access to the sessions, and to avoid a high percentage of customers booking onto classes and not notifying the centre that they are unable to attend the class, we are reintroducing the no-show cancellation fee.
If you are feeling at all unwell, or showing any symptoms of Covid-19 please do not come to the centre. Please review our Health Commitment Statement before your first visit.
Please note that if you are having problems registering for online booking please email email@example.com rather than the email address listed on the booking site.
